That would make for one angry ghost, to transition into another gender only to transition back into their original gender through death. Then they would be searching for a paranormal sex change doctor that can cut off their ghost penis and replace it with ghost vagina.
I’d be pretty pissed if I came back as a ghost man lol. But if there are ghosts, I doubt they have gender, that’s a human culture thing.
Follow up question does the penis that was removed have its own ghost that paranormally is constantly haunting its former person and also does it go around raping dudes that pisses it off…. Sorry I’m retarded.
