  1. Like: Jayden Daniels

Jayden Daniels scores points. The Washington Commanders have one of the most efficient offenses in the league and the rookie quarterback from LSU has a lot to do with it. The Commanders have only punted 3 times (in 3 games) this season, the lowest # of punts in the league. 64% of their drives end in an offensive score, whether it be a field goal or a touchdown. The Commanders are a perfect 5/5 so far on 4th down conversions, & convert 45% of their attempts on 3rd down. Daniels leads the league in completion % after 3 games & hasn’t committed a single turnover while being sacked at the 6th highest rate in the NFL.

  1. Dislike: The Dallas Cowboys run defense

The Dallas Cowboys vaunted defense can’t seem to stop anyone that comes running up to them. They are the league’s worst run defense, having given up the most rushing touchdowns (8) and yards (557) with only the Indianapolis Colts trailing behind them. (The Colts though have only given up 1 rushing touchdown vs the Cowboys 8). The numbers show that the Cowboys can still wrangle in a quarterback as they lead the league in QB Hurry % (17.8%) & QBKD% (18.4%), they can’t seem to lasso down any runner that comes their way.

 3. Like: The Buffalo Bills offense

The Buffalo Bills have scored the most points in the NFL while running the 2nd least amount of plays. Some teams say that they’re a run-first offense, some are a pass-first. The Buffalo Bills can do both. Through 3 games, they lead the league in passing touchdowns (8) and rushing touchdowns (6). Josh Allen still hasn’t thrown an interception (although he has fumbled twice) and Khalil Shakir hasn’t dropped a pass (14 targets to 14 receptions).

 4. Dislike: The Kansas City Chiefs offense

After all the hype about Kansas City transitioning to a downfield attack, they’ve seemingly gone back to their 2023 ways. Patrick Mahomes has an uncharacteristic 4 interceptions in 3 games so far this season, and is near the middle of the pack when looking at yards/game, yards/attempt, passer rating, and QBR. While Rashee Rice has emerged as Mahomes’ #1 target, Xavier Worthy has faded into the background. The 28th overall pick scored an electrifying touchdown in his first game, but has since only caught 2 passes for 17 yards in back to back games.

 5. Like: The Denver Broncos blitz %

The Denver Broncos blitz the hell out of the quarterback. On 45.7% of their defensive possessions, the Denver Broncos have called for a blitz. It’s fun seeing someone play defense like they’re playing Madden. The numbers don’t look too shabby either, as the Broncos have 11 sacks, 11 QB knockdowns, and have held their opponents to just 46 points through 3 games.

 6. Dislike: The Las Vegas Raiders rushing “attack”

The Raiders have no run game. Their running backs gain a paltry 2.8 yards per attempt, they’re only averaging 51 yards per game on the ground, and they have the lowest # of rush attempts in the league, signifying a complete lack of trust in their stable of backs. The combination of Zamir White and Alexander Mattison has not worked out, which puts a ton of pressure on former backup quarterback Gardner Minshew to win games with his arm.

 7. Like: Deshaun Watson sack rate

Deshaun Watson is learning what it’s like to be touched in places that he doesn’t like. The Browns quarterback has been sacked 16 times in 3 games this season, which leads the league.

 8. Dislike: Jared Goff under pressure

After a scintillating 2023 season, Jared Goff & the Detroit Lions passing offense has come back to Earth. The Lions’ talented offensive line has been banged up which is allowing pressure to seep into Jared Goff’s safe space, which is something he does not do well with. Through 3 games, Jared Goff is one of the lowest rated quarterbacks under pressure so far.
