I can view my post from other instances just fine, but not here on lemmy.world. As you can see from my profile, I have posted the same post multiple times, which I want deleted.
Check settings. I had the same issue a while back. By default I think it hides posts you’ve visited or something.

If you have „hide read posts” option checked it will hide your posts from you. I was having the same problem some time ago.
