From a fan’s perspective: Is anyone happy with the state of CFB and the direction it’s going?
General reading of this community would say no one is happy, but maybe I’m wrong.
Could fans do something about it?
The NCAA has no power anymore. The politicians are only interested in themselves and reelection. The power lies in the conferences who are beholden to the collective universities. Fans routinely can cause change at a university level through different measures that end in coaches or ADs getting fired.
I know this is very kumbaya and pie in the sky, but it just feels like if fans don’t do anything then they are complicit in the death of what most of them want CFB to be.
