To most they made a great hire last year in Lewis, who ran an air-raid adjacent offense. Honestly, with the issues they had up front, and a QB with lacking arm strength but accurate, and a fairly deep WR room it was probably a good fit.

Instead they demoted and later let go of Lewis. Promoted Shurmur who has no experience running an air raid scheme, but is doing it anyway with little success?
