I know the CW network was or is, and has been up for sale for a while. I read that someone supposedly bought it, but I don’t know who. Whoever bought the network, has majorly screwed it up and now I never want to watch anything from this network again. I hadn’t watched anything on the CW since The Republic of Sarah was cancelled, but this morning I decided to try watching Sullivan’s Crossing, and looked it up on my Roku where to watch the show, and it said the CW.
So, okay I went into the app and looked up the show. As soon as I found it and pressed play, 4 ads immediately played before the show even came on at all. By the time this 43 minute episode was over, I had had to watch 31 ads. (Yes, I literally counted, that’s how many damn times an ad was on the screen). That’s stupid and doesn’t make me want to watch this channel ever again. I wish the stupid apps and networks would stop trying to shoehorn in 50 ads per tv show episode or movie. No one wants to see that bullshit and all it does is make the show episode or movie last even longer and make me want to cancel my subscription. (For those apps that I’m subbed to.)
