As someone who’s in their third relationship, I wonder what was the final straw for some women to want to just stay single. I’m losing hope in my current relationship. In all my relationships there seems to be a recurring theme. I always struggle to be taken seriously. When I am taken seriously I need to plead or come up with some lawyer-worthy case in order to be heard. Women have to put up with the patriarchy all their lives, I don’t see why that would stop in their relationships. I wonder if even as partners, men don’t fully respect women.
