I’m not an FSU fan, so maybe I’m missing something, but with the way things are going, it seems like they could use a fresh perspective. Jimbo may have struggled at Texas A&M, but prior to that he saw a lot of success. He’s got a national championship under his belt, knows how to navigate the ACC, and he even lived in Tallahassee for a few years. Plus, he has experience in the SEC, should Florida State decide to leave the ACC in the future.
Seems like he’d be a perfect fit, right?
It might be a bit of a gamble, but he’s available, he’s got a winning pedigree. He might be FSU’s best chance of turning things around.
