I often hear about what genres someone doesn’t like, but every once in a while I’ll see the same people being more entertained by those same genres later down the road, I always wonder what they say or happened with their own lives that influenced their interest.
For me personally, I grew up despising horror movies and content in general. I simply didn’t have a good introduction to it and became easily shook by the media, over the years I grew to have a mind that didn’t get so easily convinced a fictional story or danger would happen to me
From there it slowly went from being disturbed and afraid to being entertained and even interested in how the concepts are made.
My Kong distance fiance, however, hates horror to her core ahaha. so my newfound enjoyment is definitely a lone one
