For us it was easily John Cooper (who despite that is still the second longest tenured Ohio State head coach in program history behind only Woody). He did some good things like expanding Ohio State’s recruiting base outside of Ohio (which led to some incredible recruiting classes) but he was an outsider coming in and just never got how things were at Ohio State despite being there for 13 years (case in point referring to the Rivalry as “just another game”).
