I recently stumbled on to a tweet about a very bizzare picture involving lewd activity from Appalachian State mascot Josef.

Upon further investigation I then found out not only was this actually used in a Yearbook for ASU, they used it as the cover

You can even view the yearbook ont he Internet Archive. -

Also Appalachin State would stop publishing yearbooks in 1992. Makes you wonder why they stopped.
