Thought experiment:
A little while ago Jimmy Kimmel gave a quote and a portion was “late night shows might not exist in 10 years” and instant reaction from me was “that’s insane.”
I remember when your late night guy was your network’s “guy” he appears at up fronts, he’s the end face on the promo for “what’s new this fall” and always ends “what’s on tonight” bumpers.
But, it did make me wonder, if you saw the NBC logo over the past 10 years, which entertainer would you see in a commercial and immediately think “oh that’s NBC?”
Rules: can be any entertainer, only restriction, it cannot be a newscaster (example: Lesley Stahl is ineligible for 60 minutes).
Appreciate any answers and will be posting the same for Fox and the rest of the alphabet networks over the week.
