I just finished watch “The Tomorrow People”(the 2013 CW reboot) and it’s made me so creatively depressed. researching the origins of the original series as a ‘doctor who’ rip for teens but the creators cared so much and wanted more flair even getting creative consulting from david bowie.
the CW series is such a dry classic CW carbon copy of every teen sci-fi produced in the last 15 years it’s sad to see it’s fall from grace and style
anyhow do you know any other examples of the blandening of television between series or seasons ?
