He has to be twice my age. I was training him and he finally built up the courage to put his hand on the small of my back for an awkward amount of time when no one was looking. Nothing prompted it. I couldn’t even give him the benefit of the doubt as to why he would’ve done that. He wasn’t trying to squeeze past me- not that it’s an excuse even then. I immediately reported him.
If I were a man he wouldn’t have done that. It finally made sense as to why he kept uncomfortably invading my personal space and no one else’s. He would refuse to move out of my way whenever I tried to maneuver, trying to get directly behind my back, and I was not fucking having it. It finally made sense as to why he was being excessively friendly in a disconcerting way and constantly acting like a bumbling fucking idiot. Had to clench my teeth every time at his sheer stupidity. I’m happy I told someone. I don’t think the old me would have. I said something immediately after. People do a background check to get this job but I feel like this creepy fucker should already be on a list. I have completely run out of patience for predators. Don’t fuck around on your first day or you will find out. I hope he loses his job.
