Who played the best “I’m too old for this shit” boss of a protagonist in a TV series? I’m rewatching Kolchak the Night Stalker recently and Tony Vincenzo (Simon Oakland) has to be up there. I could have handled a whole episode of no monster - just him arguing with Kolchak. He’s so good in that role as the cranky fed up boss. Who are your choices?
