Hi friends, I’m sorry if this breaks self-promotional rules, but I hope given the circumstances, the mods will let this one slide.

Thought you guys might be interested to see that our newsletter, Extra Points, is the title sponsor for a DIII Bowl Game at the Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton. We’ll be inviting the top non-Playoff teams in the OAC and PAC, while the top non-Playoff squads in the NCAC and Heartland will play earlier in the day in a different bowl game.

Not every day that a Reddit guy ends up sponsoring a newsletter, but if there are things folks here are curious about when it comes to the behind-the-scenes sausage making of bowl game operations, I’d be more than happy to write about it and get answers. Would also be interested in your feedback and ideas, as we prepare the bowl gift bags, additional sponsors, trophy design, etc.

Who knows? Maybe there will be a r/CFB Bowl next year? :)
