Article from Reason regarding DeSantis's bill to address tech censorship. Reason sucks now as, other than Robby Soave, most of their writing staff is filled with TDS lunatics but they have a point here.
And even with the coercion aside, this just seems like a horrible tactic. The type of people who go on to become regulars in a government bureaucracies (even at the state level) are exactly the type of people who hate conservatives. Even the DOD which the republics constantly simp for donates 84% democrat. Why give your enemy the power to regulate speech online?
The dumbest thing about this will be in about 15 years when we hear conservatives complain about the "double standards" from whatever dept. regulates this and Breitbart article about how the employees donate 99.7% to the Democratic party.
