I think the Big 12 has a chance to be one of the most exciting conferences this year. Naturally will be tough to top an already stacked Big 10 and SEC with the additions of Oregon/USC and Oklahoma/Texas respectively, but I’m stoked for the Big 12 this year.

Arizona had a hell of year last in 2023, K-State and Kansas are going to fun to watch, Baylor got Dequan Finn from Toledo. Plus a (hopefully) healthy Cam Rising, an upcoming and controversial Colorado team, not to mention a potential Heisman winner at OK State.

I’m not too knowledgeable about some of the others in the conference, but WVU did win 9 games last year and I really enjoyed some of Texas Tech’s and Iowa State’s games last season.

Obviously with the departure of Texas and Oklahoma the Big 12 has a taken a hit but on the same end they were able to poach a lot of quality from the PAC-12 (RIP🌹)

At the very least I think the race for the conference title might be the most competitive or exciting. I feel like there’s probably 5 teams who can compete for that honor. IMO only the SEC will match that level that, whereas the ACC will probably be a runaway to FSU and the Big 10 will likely be between Oregon, Ohio State, and Michigan (no disrespect to Penn State or USC).

What do y’all think?
