No, this is not a recommendation post as I got more than plenty of those from my previous posts to other subreddits. Rather, this is a post to celebrate what you believe to be some of the best-written shows that aren’t as commonly brought into the discussion as say a Sopranos, Wire, Mad Men, Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul, or Succession. For me, an example of a show with perfect writing would be the 2013 Utopia series, it has an air-tight plot, finished side-plots, great character arcs, amazing dialogues, good use of chekhov’s guns etc.
