Based on the past few cycles, I gotta say Ohio State. Their NIL seems endless. They just landed a top class and THEN somehow still had money left over to go land some of the best players in the portal. As an FSU fan, we have a very solid NIL, but it seems like we never land anybody that OSU wants. Also up there would be Oregon, Bama, Georgia, Texas, Texas A&M, Miami, Tennessee, LSU is having a huge cycle, and some others. I gotta say OSU is #1 though for shear dollars. What do yall think?
