So I have been playing CFB 25 lately and I have noticed there have been several rivalries that I did not know existed. The two that come to mind are the UConn-UCF and Texas A&M-South Carolina rivalries. Are these even considered rivalries? Like what history do they have to be considered rivalries other than they are in the same conference. I can get something like Texas A&M-LSU since at least they border each other. This brings me to wonder everyone here thinks are the worst rivalries in college football are. I can already think of a few off of the top of my head right now:
-UConn-UCF
-Texas A&M-South Carolina
-Penn St.-Michigan St.
-Hawaii-UNLV (the Pineapple trophy is sick though I will give you that)
-Michigan-Northwestern (As a Michigan fan I forgot this was a thing until I played CFB 25 recently)
