There have been situations where people have acted in such a way where I don’t know if I’m going to be the victim of a hate crime or not. They’ll do things like roller window down in the car and try to talk to me and I don’t know this person at all. No I don’t believe he was being friendly. He blew me a kiss. Unwanted.
I just don’t know if an interaction is going to be friendly or if it’s going to be weird.
And I don’t think people take that seriously.
