Is there a better sub than r/smallbusiness; one for people who actually own small businesses and are interested in learning from each other's practices? That sub has become the r/libertarian equivalent of "small business" discussion...

Asking here because there tends to be a lot of overlap between liberty-minded capitalists and small business owners. I'm tired of all the "how good is my business name" posts and would rather engage in meaningful discussions with business owners, such as employee policies, compensation structures, etc. Most posts over there are garbage. I'm looking for the the GoldandBlack quality of content, but for small business owners.
