The year is 2048. You are the Speaker of the House for the US. Via the Treasury, it comes to your attention that a small facility printing fake US dollars has been located in northern Ukraine.
Your briefing states that the fake bills are indistinguishable from the real ones, and that the operators of the facility are stockpiling the dollars, rather than spending them. They also do not appear to be in connection with the Russian government.
Under a libertarian framework, what should the US do? Should the US intervene?
