This has Daniel Tosh instead of Cat Deeley as host, and different contestants with no sign of the new “Schmo”, Ben. But it’s a very similar house, same gold goat statues, by all appearances the same premise as the fake, exaggerated, parody reality show of the Joe Schmo Show, which usually had reality shows that stressed the limits of believability to test the schmos.
TBS is owned by Warner, so it’s possible TJSS S4 was written off like Batgirl and Coyote vs. Acme and Scoob 2 and so on, I don’t know. But whatever happened to it, somebody seemed to decide the mock reality show would actually be good idea for a real one.
