Just thought it was kind of a cool stat now with Caleb Williams being a starter next season. Not to shabby for a college coach that isn’t even eligible for the college football hall of fame. RIP Mike Leach

I think Gardener Minshew is the only one Leach coached directly but all the rest come just 1 person down the coaching tree, that being Kingsbury, Lincon Riley, Stoops, and the others. All of whom either coached under or were coached by Leach. This could also apply to the Hal Mumme tree because a lot of those coaches also worked under him.
