Why do some guys take the slightest bit of conversation of friendliness as flirting? I don’t understand how they just talk to woman or see a man and woman talking and her not being repulsed must mean she wants “a bit of that”.
I’ll give an example. Today a regular customer to where I work came in and we were just casually talking. He was telling me about seeing his daughter and thinking about getting back with his ex. I told him to talk to her and I wished him the best. As soon as he left another male customer started going off on me and making crude jokes about me “flirting with customers”. I literally just encouraged the dude to get back with his ex and he showed me his daughter learning to walk. That was it. The man stood at my till winking at me and smirking, telling me “he was right up for it”. What the fuck mate?
I genuinly wonder how these men view women that the possibility of a man and woman merely being friendly must revolve around one wanting sex.
