Which player is your college’s history either started out amazing and fizzled out spectacularly or was pretty bad to play at best and ended becoming one of the better players at your school?
I’m just thinking of how Joe Burrow went from a relatively mediocre first season at LSU and then went on to have arguably the best season for a college QB ever. What other examples or reverse examples exist of this?
