Random shower thought:

So MSF or Doctors without Borders is a group of physicians and healthcare workers that spend their vacation or time off going to developing nations to provide charity healthcare.

If healthcare was a right and their services are needed due to a lackluster healthcare system wouldn't them leaving be denying those sad improvised residents their rights? Furthermore, if the government is justified in sending men with guns to make sure you pay taxes if you refuse (time is money as we trade our finite time on the planet for money) why can't some 3rd world government just send soldiers to force the healthcare workers to provide services until all citizens have gotten their sufficient healthcare rights met?

Just wanted to see if my reasoning was flawed?
