I was thinking the other day about the Torkelsons/Almost Home, during the break between the first and second season/show, the family moved across country, the mom changed jobs and two of the kids vanished, and thought to myself that there MUST be a show that had a retool more extreme than that.
Points to Good Morning Miss Bliss too- the Hayley Mills teacher vehicle that later turned into Saved by the Bell.
