His plea bargain failing to go through is the opposite of “nobody goes to jail”
It’s more like he was unable to plea out of “proper” punishment for his crimes and will no go to court, where his guilt may or may not be proven, as the system should function.
He’s not going to jail, doesn’t matter what theatrics they make. The entire Federal system is corrupt
