With talent unable to do press and content pipelines at risk of running dry, executives at every major streamer are quietly debating the pros and cons of holding back completed series.
What a confusing title. Streamers are people that livestream to viewers, like on Twitch. Companies that host media are called streaming services.

Hulu, Netflix, amazon Prime. Major companies specializing in streaming content to people.
Pfft… Amazon doesn’t specialize in streaming, it’s just something they do decently well. Amazon specializes in capitalism.

Holding shows until the actors are available to promote them is fine. What’s not fine is removing original content for reason other than to save on residuals.
