Just saw the full four episodes of this British show (from ITV, I believe) and had to rave about it. This is one of the best shows of the year, probably the last several years, in my opinion. Don’t be put off by its tagging as a “cancel culture” comedy-drama. It’s a superbly written, performed (especially Karen Gillan) and directed show, from the creator of Sherlock (the Cumberbatch/Freeman version), Coupling and many Doctor Who episodes. I was going to compare it to “The Morning Show” in terms of its premise, but it’s honestly about 1000% better. Highly recommended if you like good, well-written, British drama. And with just 4 episodes it’s very easy to digest in a couple of days.
