I know many prefer 20+ episodes per season with each season starting in September but them days are (mostly) over.
We often have the worst of both worlds now: small episode count with well over a year between seasons. What if we can trade one away?
I prefer (A). I’ve gotten used to short episode counts. Though I would welcome more of course. But what I hate is the two years in between seasons. It’s slowly killing my lifelong love for shows (check my name). Especially if all episodes are released at once. I binged them all in the few days.
Then years go by.
Imagine seeing a friend or loved every week versus seeing them for a weekend every two years? People fell in love with shows because it was a weekly presence. It was constantly there. But now it’s often out of sight out of mind for me.
Give me ten episodes with each season starting in a particular month.
What say you?
