Imagine Bruce Campbell returns as the legendary Brisco County Jr., now older and more grizzled.
He’s joined by his estranged son, Brisco County Jr. Jr. (played by some young, charismatic actor that would draw viewers. I dont know who, or how young to go, depends on who they find!), who’s eager to prove himself and follow in his father’s footsteps.
That whole thing. Like Indiana Jones in Last Crusade.
& like Last Crusade they embark on a thrilling adventure, chasing down outlaws, uncovering ancient artifacts, and facing off against a new villain with a personal connection to Brisco Sr.'s past.
Sam Raimi co-producing, Campbell’s signature charm and wit, some of what Nix brought to Burn Notice, a modern streaming platform for the tv show. Just a TV show idea. A good one? Maybe. I think a comedic, action, western with Bruce Campbell as a sort of Sean Connery in Last Crusade would be fun in todays day and age.
