I recently saw a post about how an “All UGA Team” would do in the NFL (active NFL players)

I was surprised that a full starting 22 could be fielded with former Georgia players. I was even more surprised to find that there are 22 Universities with 30+ active players in the NFL. So…

  1. What would it look like if you made a starting 22 out of former players from your favorite school (that are active NFL players)? & having someone play both sides of the ball, if needed, is encouraged

  2. Is there a school whose “All ______ Team” could win the Superbowl?

For reference: Alabama, Ohio State, Michigan and LSU all have 63+ players active in the NFL.

Here’s my attempt at making a starting line-up from former Georgia players active in the NFL.

Offense: I would go run heavy (2 TE set).

QB - Matt Stafford

RB - James Cook? (after Chubb injury)

C - David Andrews

Guards - Jamaree Sawyer and Cade Mays? (former starter for UGA before Tennessee transfer) or Isaiah Wynn

Tackles - Andrew Thomas and Broderick Jones

Tight Ends - Darnell Washington and Brock Bowers

WRs - George Pickens and Ladd McConkey

Defense: 3-4

NT - Jordan Davis

DEs / edge - Travon Walker and Leonard Floyd (Jermaine Johnson was also a dawg before FSU transfer)

ILBs - Roquan Smith and Nakobe Dean

OLBs - Lorenzo Carter and Nolan Smith Jr.

CBs - Tyson Campbell and Kelee Ringo?

S - Javon Bullard and Lewis Cine? (apparently hasn’t been great in NFL which is a shame - great college player)

PT / PK - Jake Camarda (would have to kick too since Hot Rod got cut)

Georgia Fans: Did I miss anybody?

I don’t watch much NFL - But I’d imagine this team would have a tough time
