I’m bored and ready for the video game so I decided to look into this.
Before I post the list, there are some asterisks. I only counted wins that were over a Power team at the time the game was played - so you won’t see any of the new B12 teams or SMU here unless it was played in 2023. Also, once we go back far enough things get weird with conference alignments. For example, Umass has beaten B.C. a couple times but Boston College was an independent at that time. I’m sure I messed up a couple but I think these are pretty accurate:
