Have you ever watched something where at least one episode or more features a long, drawn-out, and annoying sick plot?
Three that come to mind is in Vikings, Black Sails, and The Walking Dead. The characters are usually laying down, sweating, breathing badly; another character has a wet cloth wiping them down gently or something.
And there’s almost no dialogue, and when there is it’s like that kind of speech that’s barely above a whisper, and it’s slow. And it’s just soooo long, like it’s a chore to watch. When rewatching these scenes I just skip every bit of it.
