I've been thinking about a topic brought up by /u/anomaloustreasure 3 days ago.
This is not the same as being extorted by the organization and giving the organization money (which is not consent), but if given freely without coercion (or even being asked for) gave them money or resources? They would be effectively aiding the criminal activity of another. What should happen to such a person? Would they be prosecuted, or would there be some other measure used against them?
The reason this is such an important question is because that is what we face today!
Mass Media is effectively funding political parties who commit fraud and who's purpose is to keep an organization (government) extorting money from others, they do it by better representing their views and under representing dissenting views.
This also applies to social media platforms such as Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, by censoring dissenting views they are using their resources to assist in fraud and extortion.
And the reason this is so important is because the effects of people not being exposed to dissenting views and only being exposed to a controlled narrative is this:

Lets look at it from another round about way.
In homesteading, your property rights are limited, you cannot use your property to harm other people or their property. Just because I own a gun and bullets, does not give me a right to use them to harm you or your property. Even though if I were to fire the gun and I no longer holding a flying bullet, I am the source cause of its release before it strikes your property, which makes me responsible for the harm it brings. Or if I fire a gun to defend myself and the bullet is deflected by an aggressor, it is the aggressor who then becomes responsible for the bullet by redirecting it toward your property.
But can I use my property to more indirectly convince others to harm you or your property? If I use my property to spread lies and deceptions, and convince others to use their properties to bring harm to you or your property. I am the source cause of the harm that is brought. Is that a legal use of property, or would I also be violating your rights by using my property in such a way, or do those acting on the misinformation who are ultimately responsible?
On one hand you can view your neighbors as part of the environment, on the other you could view them as independent people expected to act civilized.
In the first case, spreading lies and deceptions is like polluting the environment and making it more hostile/hazardous towards you. In this way you could even argue that you can homestead a right to libertarian environment.
In the other people are being made into criminals or participants in criminal enterprises. You would have to prosecute them one by one as they commit their crimes, but it can almost be considered a libertarian living near animals, they stop behaving like civilized people and behave more like animals.
So in that respect those spreading lies and deceptions are turning people into animals (irrational and uncivilized), and in that respect we are back to it becoming an environmental issue, one of pollution!

So in summary, I think that means, to me in a libertarian society we would go after those who pollute the environment (as it brings harm to our property), but given that we do lack a proper market for law, we are left with having to go through government to defend ourselves.
