A lot of people need to go to jail. This was cold blooded murder. A lot of people were involved in the conspiracy to commit these crimes, a lot committed the murder and injuries, a lot followed clearly illegal orders which makes them guilty as well, and all the people that aided and abetted afterwards in helping these perpetrators escape prosecution and cover up crimes, including the corrupt public defenders, prosecutors and judges.
If fully investigated and prosecuted, thousands of people employed by government either directly or indirectly including some elected politicians and judges should serve life sentences, if not receive the death penalty.
