Want to channel surf, and see previews of the channel as I surf, like cable but on pc. Not Pluto, it freezes constantly.

Pluto constantly freezes, and I don’t want to just “click” and be on a channel. I want actual channel surfing like in the old days where you’re surfing and go “what’s this” and end up watching something without it feeling like such a commitment.
