  1. Buy a meshtastic radio. Heltec v3 on Amazon is under $25 and a good one to start.
  2. one you get it, plug it into the computer, go to flasher.meshtastic.org and pick your radio and flash it.
  3. Once it finishes, use the meshtastic mobile app to pair to it and set your region
  4. thats it!

  It’s dead simple to get started and a fun little side project.
