This is simply a Shane Gillis skit show. Entire thing is about his character and none of the other characters ever get a chance to shine. Majority of the jokes are Shane delivering something from one of his stand ups.
I liked some of what was there, but a lot needs to deliver more than just “hey it’s Shane Gillis, that funny guy from the stand ups you’ve seen”.
Comedy shows are based on more than just their funny lead. Where are all the side stories from the other characters? I felt as if everyone else except maybe Will (extremely underwhelming for me) was just an extra in the show.
I liked the ideas of the project, but let’s make the show more than just a Shane circle jerk in TV form.
