I think the pessimistic estimate I saw is that 25-30 schools will be able to afford the new ruling, which means that not even all from the P4 will be able to be part of this new model. The ruling further say "“Potential new DI subdivision for increased power conference rule-making”.

We know Ohio State, UGA, etc will be fine, but who from the existing P4 is in danger?
