Man From Jamaica Arrested by Florida's Election Crime Unit After Registering to Vote as a Democrat with Fake Birth Certificate, Voting in Two Elections

57-year-old Alfred Samuels voted by mail in two Broward County elections even though he is not a US citizen.

Samuels, who entered the US in 1977 as a permanent resident, was hit with two felony counts as voting as an unqualified elector.

Samuels obtained his fake birth certificate in New York under the name Alfred Nelson.
