So after four years of wailing about “kids in cages” on the part of the Dems and accusations of performative outrage on the part of Reps, the roles have completely reversed. Now Republican Senators are making expeditions to the border in the dead of night and the DNC are calling this a “political stunt.” Our government is nothing more than goddamn kabuki theater at this point.
