Just beginning this week, I was wondering what goes on with the game and informed myself from YouTube. If they are now going the full co-op RPG route, how is that any better than the state currently? If they ditch the online multiplayer part, this game has nothing different to offer than any other games out there.

They dont want to pay for the servers.

Understandable, but why not provide the server application than to the players, so that they can spin up their own? Is certainly better than changing direction completely without compensating the paying customers for it.
