I love seeing the concept that people come up with for eternal motion. It is great that this video leads with them being bunk, but I wish they had shown some of the complex machines that don't have constant external input.
Also, we're not taking the extremely long lasting batteries apart because we want to see exactly how long they last? What if that would've been the leap we needed in battery tech that we needed 50 years ago? What if it is still applicable? Seems silly to leave it unexplored just to keep an experiment going since the result could be essential to the survival of our species.
