Inpatient bed rate: 80% capacity
ICU bed rate: 80% capacity
Emergency Department bed rate: 50% capacity
Adult ventilator use: 30%
Looking at other states, you see similar rates. Remember, hospitals don't normally just have spare inpatient/icu bed capacity sitting around even in good times.
So, like, 15 days slowed the spread! We can open back up, right?
