No more than 3 plants per resident, and only if they live where there isn't a licensed retailer? That isn't liberty, thats horseshit. I don't know what the Governors true motives are, but I think I understand the argument against the amendment or "revision". They need to vote through a true amendment along the lines of "The use, possession, sale, manufacure, and production of Marijuana is legal and shall be subject to no special or unique regulations."
